Thank you gentlemen! Looking back, the first job I did this year definitely should have had some pixie dust for the wood cleaning. The house wash did fine in the upper 30's in the early morning, but the wood deck just laughed at us.
Fresh & Clear - thanks John! When I called and asked for MPS the people at Leslie's were asking each other in the background and had no clue, even when I said it boosts the bleach.

Josh,
I like to use my hot water machine to fill my tank in the cold weather. I did a couple cedar roofs in December and a shingle roof last month. I added the warm water at the job site and the roofs popped fast. Good luck.

We decided not to add it to the line when we started the Good Stewards Program. It is a hazardous material and we dont sell hazardous materials.

For you guys that use Leslie's Fresh N Clear - I found this MSP oxidizing shock on Amazon. I called Leslie's and was told the Fresh N Clear is 38% MSP, where what I found on Amazon is 45% MSP (almost 20% stronger), so you can use less, plus what I found on Amazon is cheaper per pound, and if you have Amazon Prime, you get free shipping and save a trip to the store.
