WOW what a liar. That roof was pressure washed. He knows it. That is ablatant attemptto mislead consumers with a video ofunsubstantiateddamages being blamed ontheirbiggest competition. In my 20 years of cleaning in excess of 50,000 roofs I have NEVER seen any roof damaged by bleach cleaning products! Tim, as someone local to this contractor you should report them to the BBB. Its on their website!

This kind of stuff makes me laugh.
Mr. Brown must be doing all right. He has been around a very long time.
Some of the claims I have seen in the Tampa market make this little fib look like the truth.
I just try to make my company better and let the consumers make the choice. No sense trying to out BS a BS artist?
I may join the BBB for a link in the future but they are just as crooked IMO.
One of my competitors LOL had over a dozen complaints that were real bad on his BBB listing. He paid the $$$ and then his rating went to a A+ over night.
I called them and spoke with several people. All they did was give me the reach around and changed my rating (with no complaints) to a A+ from a A- due to me not being accredited.
And now front and center on his site is the BBB rating BS.
Thank god, I made a picture book that I would bring along when I pounded the pavement. I have a hard copy in there of the original rating.
Man that is a expensive link and it will buy you a rating.

I actually spoke to one of the Tadlock employees ( I washed his house). He confided in me that ocasionally they use SH to initially clean the roof before upselling one of their preventative treatments.
