The College Center For Library Automation building in Tallahassee, Florida is approximately 34,000 sqf in size with about 3000 linear feet of concrete curb and 1300 linear feet of walkways. This building was only softwashed, no pressure was used to remove the algae buildup on the Dryvit band around the top. The concrete ...well that had plenty of pressure washing.
The building took approx. 5 hours to wash, including the windows. Used the Bleach Wash on the windows and was very impressed witht the results! Normally these type of commercial windows are a pain to rinse, as a little solution sits on the upper ledge and drips down, causing streaks. We thoroughly wet the windows with a hose-end sprayer filled with Bleach Wash, then came back and rinsed with water and had NO STREAKS on the first walk-around, which is a miracle!!!
We finished up the job witha liberal application of Plant Wash to the grass as the base of the walls.

great job Ray, you guys really do great work out there, and land some really nice jobs ... if you don't mind me asking, does most of your commercial work come via cold calling or internet?

Cold calling and lots of follow-up. My wife is in charge of sales and she does a fantastic job. I can't think of one big job that has recently come in from an ad call. Every one has been from her going out and getting them.

Agreed! Mallard didnt really take off with growth untill we established a trained sales force. We also had alot of cold calls with good follow up.
Love the benches shot Ray! That is a unique shot you dont see very often. Can I use it on the site?

AC, Feel free to use it. Also, That seating area was done all softwash! That concrete is very new and I didn't want to hit it with pressure/surface cleaner. I kicked the mix up to about 35% SH and dwelled it for 30 minutes.
