6700 linear feet of this fence, front and back. The 6700 does not inlude the three rails and posts, just straight line footage. All painted wood. Has mold and mildew which will clean easily with a house wash, (I tested it) for the painters to do their thing. I already gave my price just wanted to see if anyone else has done this before and how you priced it.
They also asked me to give a price on painting which I am not sure I want to do, but if there are any painters out there that would like to advise, please feel free to do so. thanks
I usually did the split rail fence soft wash pricing for $1.50 per length per side.

No $1.50 post to post and $3.00 for both sides post to post. It cleans up very quick when painetd white. Even better is it is the vinyl stuff.

Around .50 per linear foot for both sides. Over a mile of fence. Where's the nearest water supply? If you're not carrying much water on your rig, the supply location may influence your price.

Water sources throughout the property. Very easy to get to them.

Doug I would be at .50 a linear ft for one side and another .30 lf for the other. I would use my roof pump with a light mix and not rinse it could easily be done in one day.

I did .5 mile of three rail vinyl, both sides for 400. No rinse, drove along side of it while sitting on trailer. Job took 2 hours. Everybody was happy.
