It would not have mattered if the car was there or not. We were using a greenwash solution with our mix for this barrel tile roof cleaning in the Royal Oaks subdivision of Houston TX. I think it might have even brightened the roof just a tad AC. I guess that greenwash solution must really work.

I did not realize that you did photoshop work on the pic till you mentioned it. The relative location of the house is in the same place & size now. Looks good AC. If you have time send me a pm on how you did that please.

I am bidding on a tile roof like this in Pa. Not many of them around here so this will be a first. Anybody have any advice on how to tackle this. I have watched the module on spraying a tile roof, thanks AC, and will review again.
I like this forum because of the all the positive feedback. I am not too keen on walking this roof but there are areas that I think I will need to. I am looking into a bucket truck or lift to get me above the roof, back side is 3 stories high....any thoughts on that.

I you walk the roof, walk in the valleys of the tile not the crown or you can crack them. Unlike composite roofs, you have to clean the tile from two different angles so that you get both sides of the tile. It makes for more work than it takes to clean a compsite roof. If the tile is damp from morning dew, it is very slippery. Clean dry areas 1st.

Good catch Laurie. I see a little drive edge grass damage and some gutter down spout damage. Marcus does much better now.
