The University Center at FSU is the gem of the campus. Combining classrooms, brick facade, restaurant meeting space, and Doak Campbell Football Stadium , it is a multi-function structure. Spray Wash was chosen to clean the "Gate C" plaza of this magnificent edifice.
Facilities Management was not ready for a "full blown" cleaning, sanding, and sealing of the brick pavers, so softwash was their best option. Spray Wash provided excellent results and remove the algae, dirt and grime from the pavers and concrete while causing no damaging sand "wash-out" to the pavers.
For your commercial cleaning needs, call Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning.
We haven't looked into hitting the stadium yet. Right now just piecemealing some smaller exterior projects.
Hey...you're supposed to be on vacation! You are as bad as me!

Marcus, we used rust-aid to remove them. Love that stuff, easier than mixing powered oxalic.

I have never heard of rust-aid. Where do you get it?
I avoid using powered oxalic because of the health risks.
I usually use Safe-Restore by Eacochem but sometimes it will not get all of the rust stain out of concrete.

Marcus, Home Depot just started carrying it and you can fins it at ACE. Used to be in a red bottle, just got bought-out by the same folks who make Goof Off. They also changed the name too! Spray on full strength, dwell 5 minute, rinse off. Works on concrete, vinyl, brick, stone. Little more $$$ than ox ($10/gallon) , but so much easier to use!!!!!
