Here are some pics from a Houston Texas Roof Cleaning job I did this morning for a shopping center here in the Houston Texas area. This is a property I actually take care for the owners who are located in Miami. We take care of all the grounds and any tenant problems as they arise.
This morning I cleaned the roof, removed the cob webs and a few stains on the sidewalks, as well as cleaned all the windows.
Fun job and a nice change of pace. But tomorrow, back to the residential's.
Clean & Green Solutions has done a fantastic job of Cleaning the roof of that commercial strip mall in Houston Texas. The owners and or property managers of the mall must be very happy to have a professional and trustworthy company for their exterior cleaning needs.

HI Doug You did a beautiful job on another Texas location. I did not realize how much metal roofs can be affected by Algae. That stuff grows on everything.
I just had a job meeting today and my vendor shows up in a Texas A&M logo cap. So me, a relocated Okie wearing a OU cap, and a PA Aggie.... Go Figure!
Enjoy the warmth.

Roof looks great. Metal roofs are easy to clean but not to walk on... lol The main thing is to rinse. rinse, rinse, & rinse again before you leave or it will corrode.

I hope no one thinks I walked this roof.

That is an understatement...lol I think I would rather walk down a glacier than a metal roof with mix on it.

I figured you put on your cougar paws and went after it Doug... lol
No, I mentioned that to those who have never cleaned a metal roof. Even a mild pitched metal is very dangerous to stand on if there is even a minute amount of roof cleaning residue still on it. Very Very slippery and you will slide off. Been there, done it, won't do that again...
