I bid and won this job. It is a roof clean, house wash and gutter clean. Not so excited about the gutter clean. Now that I got the job, How the heck do I get up there? In the third picture you can see how far out the Azaleas extend from the house. No Way a ladder will reach without extreme angle. I have priced in a 37' trailer mounted boom lift. Let me say this is a BIG house. 8,000+ sqft.
I would get up from the lower section then climb to the top section and proceed from there. I think it can definetly be done without a lift.

Buy a SWS Cradle Skid and shoot the chem 60' from a ladder....lol
Honestly I dont see anything that needs a lift here. Maybe some 40' ladder work but no lift.

Definetly all ladder work just get a. 32 or 40 ladder. I would think 32 should work. Like ac said shoot it from the gutter and be safe.

I use tree companies , I have 3 different guys I can call when I want or need a bucket truck . We have a rate already established and i just include it in the price . Their rigs range 60 to 90 foot . Two of them will bring out a trailer full of 3/4 plywood if we have to get on the lawn .

I would work off ladders and spray from the gutter line. I think Mike's right. It looks like a 32 will get it. BTW, thats one dirty house! Gonna make great before and afters.

Thanks everyone. This job is IMPORTANT. The homeowner is the father of a big property investor in town. He has a lot of properties he would like to have cleaned.
