This homeowner had his roof 'shampooed' by another company before we opened. They do not offer full service exterior cleaning as we do, so this customer called us and hired us to finish the job so his house would be clean from the top down.
Ya I need to get a hold of some of the BT200. Looks awesome

Dan Another use for BT200 is concrete cleaning. We have used this on nasty greasy oily garage floors and with in an hour or tow run your surface cleaner and it looks brand new.
Doug Rucker has a technique for accelerating it's efficiency so give him a shout when you are ready.
This add on service is really easy money and one more profit center while onsite.
BT200 has so many uses. We used it the other day to remove cobwebs that were all over the house and then within minutes they washed off with a garden hose!
We used it's sister product to completely remove odor causing bacteria from basement walls that were black when we started the cleaning. When we were done, they almost looked like they had new paint on them. we even sprayed the entire exposed wood floor joists, the furniture and even antique chairs covered in mold with this stuff.
Drains that were not working have begun to flow withing minutes of the application.
That glass table looks great.....Job well done!!!!!

The results look impressive. I'm wondering what would you have to do with all the oil thats mixed with the water after the cleaning. Is it reclaimed with a shop vac. For example a parking lot or a drive through around a McDonalds, ect. Thanks in advance.

Magikman I will allow the pros to answer this question, as i have only used this service with my residential customers so far. I do not think we are going to chase some business due to reclamation requirements.
I know there are others here who can direct you properly for those markets, so we can wait for them to respond

All depends on your local authority and whether or not the property is connected to MS4.

We softwashed the vinyl siding, gutters, facia and then we treated and cleaned his composite deck with BT200.
Now these folks beam with pride when the sit out of their newly restored deck to enjoy early evenings in western PA.

Image conscious building owners such as banks, shops etc will benefit from a safe one day grease and oil stain removing system that can literally be washed down the drain.

Deck Furniture cleaning is another awesome use of BT200.
