I'm curious, how many of us are augmenting our standard roof mix with CH.
If so, how does it work for you? Any residue to contend with? Any input would be GREATLY
Appreciated.

Yeah, I guess a white roof would be fine. They make great before and after pictures too!

I've been wondering the same thing. From what AC said in the Mix Mod CH/augmenting is alot safer for the plants but I'm sure there are some downsides. Could anyone lay out a pros and cons on SH and CH. I would think that the SH is most effective and would be ideal in situations where plant damage would be a low risk. If I had a lot of plants to worry about then would augmenting be the way to go, along with Plant Wash of course, and if so what issues would the CH present for the cleaning process.

We tried augmenting but there was residue on the roof, but it went away with the rain. It was another customer expectation we had to mangage. We keep some on hand in case SH is running low on a Saturday when the pool supply company is closed. Its just easier to use SH.

Thanks Tim!
Just need to know what my options are. Best I can find on 12% SH is 2.5gal for $8.50 from a pool company. The janitorial place has 15 gal jugs for $5.6/gal. Would like to find it cheaper than the $3.20 and in larger quantity than 2.5 gal.

We have a post on here about where to find bleach. Check there for lower pricing.
