Spray Wash Exterior cleaning has been cleaning Innovation Park in Tallahassee! The last portion of this task is to clean the perimeter sidewalks and curbs in the research park. Last year, Spray Wash did this same job, and we had to pressure wash all 1.5 miles of concrete. This year, we're softwashing and cutting our time, materials, and labor dramatically. Here's a few photos of the job in progress...
I use to LOVE those big sidewalk jobs. I use to tease the customers we would throw in the liquid edger in for free.

The only negative about a thorough Softwash cleaning is the longevity of the results. You know those sidewalks will stay clean for a long time now so I'll probably not pick up that portion of the job next year.

What chemicals are you using on those side walks?

What is the percentage of SH needed to actually clean concrete. I'm assuming it would be a roof mix but due to killing grass I never tried it.

4% available SH or CH. CH works even better on concrete because of its white washing effect and less grass burn. Also you can save burn by tracing the walks in from the outside in.

Yes Laurie...that was form last years job, when we only pressure washed with water. ON the left side of that picture, you can see those marks have already disappeared with the softwashing.

Wow, nice work! Did you return to see how much grass kill you got (if any) and how far out from the sidewalk on average there was????

You might not get that job next year, but doing a good job only gets you one thing, more work. Good job

I had zero grass kill and just a tiny bit of browning, however I planned my work around the landscapers schedule, so any brown spots were trimmed/ edged within 2 days
