Apartment demo, 8 buildings total. The siding pictures shown here are of a residents back porch. She cleaned it with a water bottle 50/50. Water and household bleach. I dont know if I want to include them in the email proposal labeled * probable results*.

she only works on tuesdays and wednesdays and lives in another town so I haven't talked to her yet. It's proving very difficult to measure out the buildings. Chalk it up to learning curve I suppose

Nice job....don't get too caught up on measurements! YOu'll get to a point where you can eyeball a project have have a pretty good idea of your time/materials investment. I rarely if ever measure anything anymore.

That is a very impressive roof cleaning. I am glad to hear you understand what Mike is saying about stabilizer bars on ladders. We use them all the time, and feel 'naked' on a ladder for any reason without one.
Customers are always impressed with them too, and can see how it prevents damage to their homes. One more thing that says you are the premier softwash specialist in your area

even household bleach cleaned up the siding very nicely.... your 1% or 2% mix will do the same .... looks great
