Josh - Used EaCo Chem OneRestore. Its a detergent and mild hydrochloric acid mixture. Worked like a charm, was very impressed with that product. Still some minor streaking, but thats a 20 year old paint-job too!

Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning is saving the state of Florida huge dollars!!!!!! Whats the differnce between a thorough safe cleaning and a paint job? About $120,000!!!!!!
The DEO was in need of a little attention, so we moved into action! Project has taken 5 days with a crew of three. Tommorow will be day five and we should put this one to bed.
Stains under windows are not biological in nature, they have been caused by years of leaching from copper windows screens. Cleaning is a multi-stage process with a gentle softwash, rinse, then another application of a cleaner to remove these stians and a final rinse.
Feel free to call of emial if you have any questions
awesome Ray ...what product did you use to remove the stains after softwashing

One Restore is a great product from what I hear. Just keep it away from bleach.
