Here it is mid January in Michigan. We should be buried under a few feet of snow by now, instead we are enjoying temps in the 50's on the 11th & 12th of January. So instead of pushing snow like we would be doing in a normal winter, we are out cleaning out gutters.
I was able to pick up enough gutter clean out jobs in the last 2 days that I could send a truck out with 2 guys and keep them busy all day, and I was able to upsell 2 of the jobs into roof & house washes this spring.
If our winters keep staying as warm as they have been, I might just be able to become a year round exterior cleaner.
