Hey guys I am wanting to know what you guys learned from softwashapalooza 2013. This can be a little something that you learned like what to use around fish ponds or the rock flyer idea that AC uses in the popcorn marketing program. This can be something that AC mentioned, any of the prostaff guys or maybe just something that you heard mentioned from another softwash pro.
The reason I ask is usually good ideas are ones that I know others including myself would want to know and we can open another post if alot of people are interested.
thanks again and I for one and so glad I had the opportunity to attend softwashapalooza 2013.

Just be careful with the embroidery. They sell 100% Poly shirts etc. but the thread in the embroidery is Rayon and they do not offer Poly... If it is going near bleach you may want to think twice.
Great for the sales team, though!

I'll start off by saying that I love to get a bargin and save money whenever possible, but - I really believe in using local for as many things as I can even if it means just a little more money. Do we not try to talk every customer of ours into using local (us)? By using local businesses not only does the money stay in your area, you just never know - that purchase you just made may turn into a great sale for you down the road. Has happened to me time and time again. Now dont get me wrong I will check prices and I will even go to my local guy to see if he can match, most of the time they can or at least get very close, but I know there are some times when buying online is the only smart choice.

A nugget of info I got from Ray Burke was about Boxwood, which we have alot of in my area. They hate, and he stressed HATE chlorine. I will be taking extra care around these. Maybe another reason for CH?
Got some great info on cleaning decks from Doug Ford.
Just being around the pro-staff and AC durning the labs you could not help but pickup great nuggets of info throughout the 3 days.

For such a sturdy looking shrub, they burn very easily!
Here are some more plants I've encountered that don't like me:
Roses
Aspargus & Foxtail ferns
Nandina (aka Heavenly Bamboo)

Hey what was the chemical used around fish ponds? I know it is the same for fish tanks but my fish tank bottle has been rubbed off and can't read it. This would definately be a good nugget of info for everyone. It may even deserve its own post...that is if it is not already there!!

Can I buy the bundle of modules or do I have to buy one at a time. The link does not work for me. I am wondering if it is because I am looking on my iPad and maybe it needs to be on a laptop or pc????
