It's been a long time coming, but I finally have started my business and now completed my first job. Thanks to all the great people I have now met and the valuable knowledge I have gained from those people because of AC and Softwashapolooza, I have to say that I'm pretty happy with the results of my first job...
Good job. Looks like the neighbors need to call you too

Aaron Welcome and what a nice job. Love the ground support crew member. That is the age to begin them to develop a love for work! In a few years, he will be the lead tech.

Strong Work Aaron!!
I agree about your ground-man. I started taking my son with me on power washing and deck sealing jobs when he was about 11. He has seen first hand how the biz has evolved and witnessed our own "revolution" as we transitioned from power washing to SoftWashing and Roof Treatments. Now he is 16 and sees the value of being rewarded for a job well done. He has designs on being a Lead Tech as a means of putting himself through college!! Go Matt!!
Teach him well Aaron, not only the mechanics, but the work ethic of a righteous man.
