A couple of weeks ago I made a post (http://softwashsystems.activeboard.com/t52488779/great-use-for-my-new-sws-skid/) about cleaning a fence. Knew I'd book more jobs from the fence cleaning and here is one of them. This is for a smaller neighborhood inside the larger neighborhood. The wanted their entrance sign to look as good as their entrance fence, SO SPRAY WASH EXTERIOR CLENAING was called in again!
whats not to be happy about its spotless! Cant wait for the weather to break here! As usual Ray NICE WORK!

Looks great. As I drive around my area I see many types of things like this that need a good cleaning, small, quick and easy. Can these be profitable to do. I did purchase the small protable unit from the SoftWash store while at SoftWashapalooza would this work for things like this. One thing I have noticed up here is that in front of all our post offices (about 12 of them) they have nice cement type of signs out front, about 4 foot tall and about 10 foot long they are white with the blue post office lettering. They are all covered in dirt, mold and mildew, thinking of trying to get in and clean these up.

Careful with post office, they are notorious for not paying their bills! That coupled with the general "Don't give a crap" attitude Makes it a very dangerous place to do work for!
As far as profitability is concerned that sign took me 30 minutes and I charged $125, Did it alone while the guys were on another job. Also left my sign there at the neighborhood entrance and getting a mention in their newsletter As part of the deal.

Think they'll be happy with the results?
