Potential customer " Only half of my roof has the stains, why can't you clean half of it for half the price ?"
The more I get ready for spring the more roofs I find. I'm sure I will encounter this question from a customer. How do you guys handle that question?
Thanks in advance.

I have cleaned just half the roof, but most of the time it is for someone who is getting ready to put the house on the market and just wants the worst (usually north side) section made to look better with anything less than a complete roof wash, I never offer any type of warranty on the cleaning.

Hi John, I always say this, If a roof costs 600 dollars to clean I tell them that for us to clean the "bad half" will cost them $500, for us to clean the whole roof will cost the full $600. The reason it is so cheap is because we will already be at the house with our gear rolled out and ladders set up! Also I tell them that unless they clean the entire roof they will not get the 5 year warranty. That even though they can't see algae that it is there and needs to be killed in order to get the long lasting results that they desire.

Exactly what I would have posted. Y'all are really trying to retire me aren't you?
