Go away i got to much work to do today. We are booked out thru may and calls are still coming in. We are squeezing commercial jobs in between resi work and the rain is ruining my schedule and deadlines. we are working 7 days a week at a min of 4 jobs per day just to keep up. I love being busy but the shcedule is very difficult to keep up with. How is everyone else making out this year?

Same thing here, rain is causing all kinds of issues with scheduling, we have had more than 8 inches in April, roads are flooded out and when it's not raining the wind is blowing. Yesterday we had 5 inches of rain, now today we have 40 - 50 mph of wind. Mother Nature is not being kind.

Wind has been a killer and my kid doesnt understand that there is less wind early in morning. I try to schedule high jobs eary, and walkable jobs later in day. At least until summer arrives. If you are booked out raise your prices and focus on the jobs you want. Try using a list price and then discount from it to a lesser amount based on jobs you have booked. On the jobs you missed, just call back as you get slower and offer a free service special like free exterior window cleaning.

Mike, Same way here, hence my absence on this board lately...feel like I just can't keep up! No complaining, though... Very blessed to have this problem!

I bid a house wash, last week. Small Rancher, $350. Its my minimum for a house wash. The guy replys back my son just had this done in Deleware for $275! He said Vesta Wash did it. Just kidding about the vesta wash part, the rest is true. Sadly.
