The Roof Wizard was selected to clean a 14 unit, 3 story condo in North Wildwood, NJ. The job was a logistic challenge, because it had to be done on a Saturday, it is 100 yeards from the beach (the wind is a factor), and we could not start until 8:30 AM, due to the HOA regulations. The project was Dryvit on three sides and siding on one. It is 41' high, 240' wide and 88' deep. The major challenge was that we only had access to two hose bibs, both on the back of the building, with bad pressure. Our crews were able to clean all the Dryvit, siding, concrete & the pavers in only 8 hours, with 4 men, using all softwash techniques. We utilized both of our rigs and had alot of beach foot traffic, that was very interested in the process. We rented a snow-cone vendor for two hours and had them set up on the corner for all the beach traffic, and promotes our business and haned out free snow-cones. The day was a succes, the owner was very satisfied and we got more than two dozen new leads in two hours.
Awesome way to capitalize on an opportunity. Love the snow cone idea you came up with. You truly are setting yourself apart from all the apples in the cart.

Thanks Mike. I added a booster pump a couple weeks ago, and I used my other pump system between spraying from a 125 gallon tank of water.

Looks Great The Snow-cone is right out of the book of Sam Walton. He put that infront of his new walmart store, to draw in business. Nice job
