Came home to find the HOA had hired some jack wagon with a pressure washer to clean my townhouse complex. The guy was shooting straight up into my vinyl siding, under my sofet and facia board. I had enough and had to call him off and argue with my HOA after a piece of my vinyl shot off. The HOA of course thinking he was doing sich a great job and had "never" had complaints before. My brand new AC already has rust speckles forming from the sitting SH he was using with water and no rinsing.
I rinsed the rest off and bleach washed my door and metal fixtures. Personally and professionally, how do I proceed with this? The guy actually tried saying my vinyl was loose and it was like that before, then said that's normal to happen and he's been doing it for 22 years. Also specializes in wood rot which I assume is a great business venture after he's done shooting water under my siding. So angry considering I've spoken with my HOA about cleaning several times and they continue to use this "jack leg" as Mark would say best.

Send pictures and a formal letter of complaint to the HOA.

Take Pics This can be a great selling point for your Soft Wash sales pitch why you don't clean with high pressure. Good luck with the HOA.

Have you done a search to see if he's a BBB member? If so, file a complaint.
