Originally did this roof a coupe of months ago, but haven't been back in the neighborhood to take really great "After" shots. Had an estimate to drop off in that area and it was a bright and sunny day, so I swung in and took a few shots.
This owner was told by a very "reputable" roofer, that the only way to make his roof look any better was to replace the shingles to the tune of close to $20,000. I think we proved that roofer wrong!!!
In the panhandle of Florida, there is none better than Spray Wash!

Danny, the black , the neon yellow, and white all standup great to SH. I have had problems with the light gray and royal blue fading out. These are the polyester silkscreen shirts. Breathable, lightweight, awesome!

Steve:
Great point you bring up! When you talk about "green" cleaning, there is nothing better than a SoftWash using SWS approved chemicals! If you can keep from replacing a roof by keeping it clean, or extend the life of your exterior paint a few years with a gentle cleaning you are both keeping trash out of landfills and not introducing toxins ( new paint, harsh chemicals, etc.) to the ecological systems.
Cleaning with SH is one of the "GREENEST" things out there!

We originally used white, but mulch and hoses just stained them Black. we had blue 100% poly they were extremely nice and breathable but roof mix turns them pink. I'm going to try orange.

Ray What a great job
I love the fact we keep that perfectly good roof system out of the landfill for many years yet! Why replace a roof when all it needs is cleaned?
Very nice.
