I've been looking online for a new tank, but want to get one with the water hose spout for filling the tank so that product won't get syphoned back into the hose.  I see them on the SWS tanks.  Looks like a metal attachment on top of the tank which directs water through the manway. 

Where can I purchase these tanks with that fitting already on it?? 

Does that fitting have a specific "name" so that I would know what to ask for if I call a supplier via phone?

you can order the tank fill assemblies from a SWS distributor and put them on pretty much any tank. Just drill a hole in the tank where u want to mount it.
