BTW, in the after pictures the precast is not quite dry yet. Once dry the remaining "streaks" ( which are actually wet spots) will disappear.

Spray Wash is doing a partial cleaning of the DCA courthouse in Tallahassee, Florida. As one of the State of Florida's newest buildings costing around 47 million dollars, safety and proper cleaning techniques are paramount in the decision making and bid process.
The dome base is made of precast. It was washed at 2% and aggressively rinsed.
It was our pleasure to clean this Tallahassee landmark!
