Does anyone know any apps or sites to get high quality birds eye view images. google maps doesnt seem to get in close enough at high resolution. Looking to do some before and afters for a condo complex.

I use a program called Pictometry. It is now owned by a company EagleView Technology. I use it for general dimensions of projects. It can be costly though. I have used it for years in my roofing business.
I know a company that does arial shots with a small remote control plane. i think he charges around $800 a day. So line up a bunch of jobs have him shoot all the roofs then clean them and and have him come back and shoot them when they are clean
