While we were cleaning the roof of this home in Kalamazoo, MI we decided to try our softwash mix on the chimney to see if it would clean up, needless to say the homeowner was very pleased with the results. We sprayed a 2% mix and let it dwell while we sprayed the roof, 10 minutes later - all clean.
Homeowner liked it so much he had us clean the whole house (brick). It was a great way to turn a roof cleaning into a complete exterior cleaning.
Great pics Dan. I thought Kalamazoo was only a place in Bugs Bunny cartoons...

Dan,
Nice job. It's these little extras that not only help us with up sells but separate us from hacks.
Kalamazoo is also home to legendary bass angler Kevin Van Dam.

No snow yet, and yes Kevin Van Dam is from the area. Got to see him in action this past weekend in the BASS elite tournament on Muskegon lake.

My goal after we all finish this softwash revolution is to make the cut on the Elite Series and fish against Kevin head to head!

Floridians have florida strain largemouth(biggins) and we have huge smallies here in the northeast. Our largemouth are ok but nothing compared to Florida, Texas and California where they feed all year round.
