Im running the FLOJET R7300132A Pump on my soft wash rig and cant get it to pull my bleach wash through the pump when valve is in clean out position. Pump works perfect when valve is in spray position and in mixing position. I use a 6ft hose that pulls bleach wash from a 5gal bucket. I have bypassed the valve and tried pulling straight from the pump still no luck. I have filled the hose with water, turned on pump and then put hose in bucket...still will not prime. It has been working fine since the build of the rig...I clean out the pump and hose reel every day with 5-10gal of water then 5 gal of bleach wash and let it sit till the next job. Has anyone had this problem? Thanks.....

Hook a garden hose up to the end of the intake, then let the force of the water push its way to and through the pump. It happens to my Flojet every once in awhile when I let it suck in air.

Yeah sounds like a vapor lock, it just happened to me like 10 minutes ago.

I found out when My pumps cavitate turn them off and release the pressure out of the line, the release of the backpressure will aid in re-priming of the pump.
