Hello AC,
What about something for those attending?
Will the sessions be available for us to watch online or dvd's or something to watch later on for a refresher?
Thank you.

I think all that attended should be able to watch whatever module for free.

Free is a good thing.
I had a spiral note pad that I had some great notes/info on and lost it in the washing machine unfortunately but am trying to remember some of the things that were on there and some were notes from the classes.
What about buying the modules on dvd or big discount for the people that attended the event?

My friend,
Thank you for the opportunity to learn this industry, and for organizing this event and bringing us all together to learn from each other. I did not add much, because I am but a dry sponge experientially speaking.
I had the pleasure of taking my first Softwashapolooza in L.A. That was a real pleasure and much more beneficial to me. My mistake was thinking this one would be like it.
In LA, the first thing you did was give us our binders with all 20 modules in them. Here we got an empty binder and were told to take the pages for each class, at the class. That is a drastic difference! We didn't have the Ropes Course in LA, but was the biggest drawback. Steve and Don are neat people and went above and beyond the call of what's expected by trying to teach me a couple knots.
I paid $500 in LA and recorded you, AC, narrating 8 modules, and Matt 1 module, and enjoyed the whole thing. Very much (I know, I'm weird;)! I recorded you on audio, and have listened to those sessions since. That is a great way to learn...
In Orlando, we had several speakers that didn't really want to be there, or didn't know the subject matter that well. No big deal, because we can still get those modules in your plan, but by going to those classes we missed out on other classes. I really should have been in the chemicals and products class, because it is not in your 20 module offering.
You called it right, things were bound to and did go wrong, but this doesn't need to be one of them. I *THINK* that you should let all of us who already paid $750 have access to whatever recordings are available at no cost for at least 90 days. We still aren't going to have the sheets in our binders that should have been there when the binders were handed out. By the way, by taking the most excellent Ropes Course, there weren't any coveralls and gloves left over when I had to get ready for labs the next day. Shouldn't those be given out at check in?
I still have my fun little shortcut/cheat sheet printout in Excel, if you want to share it with the Community, but you need to proofread the other side, first.
I really enjoyed meeting all you wonderful people, and appreciate your patience with me. Special "You Rocks!" to Pat Clark and Ray Burke and my room mate Mike Rigby...
I wish I had gotten everyone's business cards. It helps to remember people later on.
God bless you every one, vic
PS- I also thank some Angels that helped me through a very interesting trip back to MCO. Wish I had a picture of the all the people waiting just to get in the long TSA Security checkpoint lines. And Sunday is the slow day!

Vic,
We are rolling out a new "first 20" Master Certified Applicator program with new modules here this spring. The chemicals and products intro classes are in there. Those who attended the event will get SPECIAL consideration.
I am scrubbing the videos from each class and will be sending them to the edit bays soon. Again event attendees will have SPECIAL consideration getting those new classes.
I say SPECIAL because I have not had time to iron this out yet. However as I have done in the past, attendees to our events always seem to get a bonus.
Give me a chance to get ahead of the curve. We soft-signed 11 Wilderness Excursions today and that booked me to mid-June.

Thanks for your attention, AC. If I can help with any Excel stuff, just let me know. Why not put the chemical class on Utube? That will help sell your products, no? Just a thought. Wish I could have used a pole for softwashing in Orlando. At least see it done. Please share that, if you can.
Thanks for calling Sunday morning. It was really neat hearing from you!
