I work with them a lot they are my best clients.
The perfect pitch I say to homeowners and realtors: When an inspector writes up a report for your house - you can rest assure the buyer is going to come back and ask for money off - because the inspector is going to say you need a new roof or that the roof is in bad shape. It’s a lot more cost efficient to your client/realtor to have it cleaned than draw attention to the roof and then have to give up 5k or 10k off of the asking price.

Ditto what Jason said. Remember the 80/20 rule. 80% of business is done by 20% of the professionals in any give profession. Realtors are the same way, find out who the big producers are and go after them. They know that a clean, camera ready listing will sell better than a dirty dump. Good Realtors put their clients through the paces, giving them lists of items to do before they will ever put their sign in the yard. Those are the Realtors you want to market.

Great advice Jason and Ray. I have found in our area the bigger producing realtors are willing to at least sit down and listen.

Curb appeal is a biggie when there is several homes for sale in the same neighborhood. I can't wait to hit up several realtors in the area
Not only roofs but up sell the entire property. Put together several packages to make it sound appealing.
Car washes have usually 3or 4 wash packages, I've installed several and believe it or not most people will spend the extra to get the works or best wash cycle just because it is offered. The up charge for the "best wash" is usually 50% to75%. For whatever the reason people tend to pay at the 75% up charge rate rather than at the 50% rate.
I have in the past offered a service, giving a reduced rate at a realtor's home as a demo. Worked like a charm...
