Home owners wanted their Mediterranean stucco mansion cleaned , but did not want it power washed due to some of the stucco having failed in spots. I met with the homeowners and demonstrated how I would softwash their home. I also explained the benefits of using CH to clean and not damage the gardens and the many plants around the property. They were sold on the benefits of softwashing. Homeowners were very happy with the results and no stucco was damaged.
