This is a very, VERY dirty gas station canopy that has accumulated many years of mildew, algae and mold on the surfaces. The owner was nervous about pressure washing around the fragile plastic lighting housing and was ecstatic to learn we could clean the entire canopy without the use of a pressure washer!
We covered up all the fuel pumps and electronics with sheeting and completed the cleaning in less than an hour. After cleaning the canopy, we applied a waxing agent to restore the dulling from the length of time the mildew was on the surfaces. The owner was thrilled with the results.
From gas station service stations to homes, commercial buildings to apartment complexes - we make it all, ALL-CLEAN!
Nice work, Brandon Vaughn and All Clean Softwash!!

Turned out great, Brandon. One thing to consider for these and other shiny metal cleanings, wax. BW has wax, but I buy automatic car wash clear coat sealant. I then spray this with the bleach wash and rinse and stuff really shines. It is also supposed to keep stuff off longer due to anti static properties. It also works awesome on my rigs.

Chad, I'm curious what brand you use and what proportion automatic car wash clear coat sealant you use. Equal to the Bleach Wash?
Just curious, thanks!

Vic, I will get back to you, but I know the ratio is very small, like 1oz per gallon. I have 5 gallons and expect it to last a really long time. I also keep a pump sprayer of it in the shop to spray on after washing the rigs, I wash, rinse, spray the sealant on, rinse quick again and dry.
