The pumps hang on the back wall and are easily accessed. The water fill is on the front of the panel, see pic. Shipping generally runs $500 or less.

That is sweet, AC! Thank you for picture of the panel.
That filled in some blanks and makes a lot of sense, I love it!
Can we make CH with this set up? Is there a screen in the chemical tank? Do you drain the powder sludge buildup, or just keep it moving with an agitator to prevent sludge?

We now have a separate two cartridge unit that hangs on the side of the Bulk Storage Tank (second tank next to mixing tank) that houses a separate set of valves, dedicated pump and a loading cartridge and a filter cartridge.

ok I know I will get flak for this but the placement of the valves central is not in a good spot. someone shorter like me will have difficult reaching them.

John and guys, Mike has been a good guy to me so far. Be nice to him. Besides, I'm sure the joke went right over his head anyway.

I knew the jokes were coming. It's cool. I actually went out to my truck that same day and seen the placement of the valves is ok and I more than likely can reach them with no problems.

Mike,
I knew you could reach them because the new valve placement as well as tank lid placement are designed with Matt Lancaster's requests in mind.

Ohhh....So you did put that three foot high step stool on it.
Congrats to Chris Webber who picked up his new SoftWash Systems, Generation III Cradle Skid System today at the LABORATORY in Longwood, FL.
Hey Chris when you get it home take some more pictures of it and post here.

Some nice changes, there, AC. Looks great! Where do you input the water and can you make CH with this model?
I like the valves all being in one place. Tight squeeze for the pumps, though. Could be a pain changing pumps out, no?
Thank you for sharing this. What would it cost to ship one of those to WA? Did you have this at the last Softwashapalooza?
