I am ringing the ALARM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The PGA Merchandising Show is in Orlando the same week as Softwashapolooza. http://www.pgashow.com/
This is BAD for any of our attendees getting hotel rooms. We need to sound the alarms and get everyone on the horn you can to let them know that getting a hotel room this week is now critical. We have a LIMITED block of rooms reserved at The Doubletree hosting the event and those will be gone quickly.
Please do not hesitate to get signed up for the event as well as at the hotel. We are already forcasting in excess of 100 people at Softwashapolooza.
This year we tried to let everyone handle their hotel themselves, this might not had been a good idea. So please prove us wrong by getting you hotel squared away before the end of this week.
