The Roof Wizard was contracted to clean this administration building in New Jersey. We softwashed the entire precast building and all the entryways. We also cleaned all the exterior windows and curtain wall entrance. The project was just over 50,000/SF of precast and 450 windows. They owner was having a large corporate event this week and we only had one day to do the job. We utilized all our crews and worked on site for 14 hours, used 400 gallons of SH and had a total 2300/LF of hose laid out.
That's unbelievable...results and timing! We haven't bid on any precast jobs lately but will be considering SoftWashing next time we do. Did you go with a 3% mix here?
Glad to know others are running on as tight of schedule as we are. No margin for error. 7 days a week, rain or shine. That's why they call us Pros.

How many trucks and staff did you have on the job?

Thanks guys.
Adam, we used a 3% mix on two sides and a 2% mix on the other two sides.
Josh, we had four trucks, three rigs and eight guys on site for the day. Three guys spraying the whole time, lots rinsing and then two dropped backed to do the windows after we completed one whole side.
