Here are a few before and after pictures of a couple small EIFS projects that Spotless SoftWash has completed for one of our commercial customers. This customer loves the fact that virtually no pressure is required to clean their buildings. Neither of these buildings had been cleaned in 10+ years. As the pictures show, both buildings were super funky but cleaned up nicely with a little dwell time coupled with a second application in a few super stubborn areas.
We also completed the window cleaning on the inside and outside of both buildings to make sure that the windows were not damaged by any residual cleaner.
