Superior SoftWash was contacted by our client to provide a proposal and plan to safely clean (softwash) the exterior surfaces of the balconies on a high rise building in Towson, Maryland. The building has not been cleaned in several years, and the balconies were especially a concern of the management company. We submitted a proposal and plan to safely softwash the balconies, without the noise and damage of a pressure washer, and received approval. We partnered with a local caulking repair service company for their experience with operating and working from a swing stage. On day 1, we staged the equipment and cleaning solutions on the roof, and the swing stage on the lower patio. On day 2 we began softwashing the balconies. We completed one drop. The organic growth on the exterior surface has been treated, and rinsed. Most of the matter has been removed. Some of the growth--fungus, lichens--will need to decompose and fall off. The balconies will continue to look cleaner over the next few weeks. Superior SoftWash is the only SoftWash Systems Authorized 5-Star company in Maryland. We provide budget proposals, demonstrations and site evaluations at no cost, no obligation.

Hi ... we've been asked to softwash a building with a granite exterior. It is 8 floors.
We will also use a swing stage.
However, how do I apply the solution? Should we position our equipment on the ground and run the hose up with the swing stage? Will the system have enough power to send the solution up 8 floors?
What was your mix rate?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a little teaser. This photo is the results of the softwashing, just hours after finishing for the day. I will be returning this week to take the "After" photos.
